havent had a problem with it yet, i have it turned down to the warmest setting to keep the temp
around 38-40, but even with beer lines resting on the cooling unit they dont freeze up.

ok has ANYONE done the "chicken beer"? that sounds crazy but you never know might be good.

Brewed.... err mixed 5 gallons a month ago per eds recipe. Did another batch tonight using 2
teaspoons cinnamon and cuvee instead of montrachet. 5+5+18570=18580
