    This map is pretty good and it gives you some options of routes to take. I am partial to CH
    Evans ale at the Albany Pump Station. Middle Ages, and Empire Brewing in Syracuse are good to.

    They do, we had them on campus in Syracuse.I think its more likely to be Ostrya virginiana
    Eastern Hop-Hornbeam. They are more common to the area
