  • I got a kit from the Brooklyn Brew Shop for Christmas 2010 from my best friend who lives in the city. It was a 1gal AG kit for a Tripel. That was my first and only kit and I've been doing all grain ever since so that's all I know. After almost a year, I worked my way up to 3 gallon batches and then when the 10 gallon brew pot came my way, started doing 5/6 gallon batches. I wanted to make sure I was making good beer that I liked before I started producing it in larger quantities! In 2013 I made my 3-tap keezer and now I've been keeping myself well stocked with three in play and one on deck. I also just purchased some 3 gallon kegs to be more portable for parties and make use of these three gallon carboys!rnrnI really enjoy this brewing journey and the massive community of home and craft brewers out there!

I do this all the time -- I converted a small drink cooler to a mini bottling bucket by
removing the valve and installing a bottling bucket type valve (I had to enlarge the hole
    somewhat). I bottle ex...
