  • I'm just interested in how to make good tasting beer. So far I'm 8 batches in and have some that were ok and 2 that are on the list to try again.

  • I got into brewing beer by accidently coming across a website that sold home brew equipment. That peaked my interest and I stated ordering equipment from there. I currently brew on a AG 5 Gal. set-up with 2 Gatorade water jugs for my HLT/MT and a 6.5 Gal. SS brew pot that is a turkey fryer from Canadian Tire.

The only recipes that I have tried are a Scotch ale, that I put together myself, a Guinness clone from this site that is amazing, and just a pal ale that I put together myself.
  • MORE GUINNESS clone, its good for you. My pale ale that I want to tweak.
  • Guinness Clone II - not sure if it will taste the same as the first.
  • Guinness clone I - until I can get mixed gas.
