I love and appreciate good beer. Have wanted to start brewing for a long time, and finally decided it was time to grab life by the cojones and have a go at it.
My favorite breweries are Lost Coast, Bell's, and Peacetree, and favorite beers include Great White, Saranac Caramel Porter, Weihenstephaner Korbinian, Bell's Two Hearted Ale, Bell's Oberon, O'Fallon Wheach, Indica, Peacetree's Rye Porter, Hop Wrangler 3, and IIPA, and too many others to name. - Drinking and brewing beer,and other stuff

- Have several buddies who homebrew and have been interested in brewing for a long time. Finally went out and bought a starter kit. First tried a double IPA that is still bottle conditioning and just tonight bottled a belgian ale. For my next batch, I would like to try something that does not come in a kit. The endless possibilities are swirling through my brain. I am on a quest to create the perfect beer.
