  • I started brewing extract beer in October 2007, when I said "I need a hobby". After three batches going extract, I realized I needed to go all-grain for many reasons. I've brewed pretty much every weekend since then, except for this past 2 month hiatus while I figure out what to do next.
  • Perfect my "house bitter" since it's now extremely difficult to find the hops I need to make it just right.
  • Nothing. :(

  • I'm done kegging. Been there, done that, like bottling better. Got a fresh keg of Oxyclean, some well-aged Star San and a "tap water" clone that's dead on.
