So my homebrewing took a huge hit back in September when I got a new job which ate into almost
all of my free time. The job offer came out of the blue, and just before it came up I was
    getting ready fo...

    wife asks me wh...

5 weeks in the bottle and still minimal carbonation. Starting to worry the priming solution
didn't get mixed well enough. I filled some bombers before filling 12 oz bottles, but I've only
    tasted the 1...

  • Posted in thread: How to age your brew for a year on 07-21-2014 at 02:47 AM
As far as temperature goes, generally you want to age at cellar temperatures (50-55F), if
possible.Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

  • Posted in thread: Help "fix" my batch of beer on 07-21-2014 at 02:32 AM
Oxygen is the first thing the yeast consume, but as others have said, trying to save this might
just make it worse. The best option at this point might be to blend it with another beer. As for
    the low ...
