About two months ago I bottled my first kriek without re-pitching any yeast. The kriek sat for
14 months before bottling and had no issues with carbing up.

I've been to that castle but didn't notice the beer. I tend to ignore the tourist souvenirs,
especially when touring on motorcycle. I do wish I had seen this though. I would have picked
one up to drin...

Hard to tell from the pic, but that just looks like yeast and hops to me. Give it a week and
then taste it.The big bubbles on the side of the bag look like infection to me. If those

maybe they dont all use wild yeast, maybe they use packaged yeast.I didn't watch the whole
video but I doubt those Kenyens who are using bannanna leaf filters and funnels and fermenting
