In my experience most wines will be clear at the 3-4 month mark. I like to let my wines bulk
age in the carboy for around 5 months or more before bottling and they are normally crystal
clear by then.

I just tasted my finished batch of hard cider with nottingham ale yeast. VERY happy with the
result. Plus, it was crystal clear in about 5 weeks. Great flocculation with this yeast for me.

I'd imagine it's just racking into the sanitized keg, sealing it up, hooking up the gas line
and turning on the CO2 while pulling the relief valve a handful of times to purge he oxygen out
of the head...
