  • I am an enthusiastic homebrewer who loves his ales. (Mostly because I don't have a good way to cold-ferment) I want to learn as much about brewing as possible, and I am open to experiment and try new brews. All the help/advice that I can get is much appreciated.

  • I received a Brewer's Best Homebrew Kit for father's day 2011 from my wife and son. Since then I have been hooked. Right now I am running with two 6.5 gallon pails for primaries and two 5 gallon carboys for secondaries. I realized quickly that just saving up bottles wasn't going to be sufficient to amass the necessary amount of containers I need for my new hobby. Because of this, I recently bought a 5 gallon Cornelius refrigerated keg system to add to my setup.

I don't think my wife knew what she was signing up for...

I received a Homebrewing kit for Father's Day! Brewing my own beer has been something I've been
