  • Started out with a 5 person brewclub that met occasionally with shared equipment. I wanted to brew more frequently and on my own terms, so I bought my own equipment and never looked back. I've learned as I've made mistakes and love every step along the way.

    BTW...what yeast did you use?I used WLP090. First time using it, but the description said it
    could be used for everything including cider based stuff.

    It tastes great in my opinion, but the carbonation is still very low. I'm going to give it
