That sounds very close to my recipe. Try it on Korean style ribs, get them cut as thin as
possible (less than 1/4"). And cook them on a very hot grill, just takes a moment on each side

My only advice would be to get the best one you can afford. I went through gas grills every few
years before I got the Jenair. It was costy, but I've had it for 3 years and not one issue yet.
