Home Brewing Biography: I have been home brewing since 2004 with my dad and on my own since 2011. For the moment I am an extract brewer because of a space and equipment shortage but look forward to advancing to all grain in the near future. I am always looking for new ideas and love the challenge of new recipes and ingredients.
