  • Had an all-grain kit for a couple 2-3 years or so, one day (Feb 2013) I decided to brew it up, not paying attention to Mash details or anything... Think I mashed at 175, produced possibly the worlds worst beer, and got absolutely hooked on the whole process. Been doing all-grain right from the first batch!

Bacon jalapeņos meatloaf. Followed recipe verbatim, but doubled it in an 8" cast iron. Baked
for 1 hour 15 minutes. Glaze is a perfect balance, could use a little cayenne to kick it up a
    notch.

Cheese has no place on the table.... It's like painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa.Or, to you,
like making pizza on a wood-fired oven? There are some things that just aren't going to happen
    ;)

to me.An egg?Looks like a whole ball of mozzarella... I'm curious as to how you serve that?

I am looking to either buy a kegerator or build one. Not sure what way to go? Cost vs. quality?
If its best to buy a kegerator what ones are good? If its best to build any tutorials? Im tired
    of bottl...

Looking good, sourdough? Not yet! I plan on bringing it back to life once I get through bottling
this weekend. However, I'll make a sourdough loaf soon! Thanks again Chef.
