    Typically I dont start til mash in. Only ever had a problem once and that time I was drinking
    before I even started heating strike water. Not my best performance

    Mine was an oddball. Friend of mine got ahold of some Fraoch Heather Ale. No idea where he got
    it but I loved it right off and it turned into my basement and spare bedroom being filled with

    Lord Chesterfield. Its nice to have (what I consider) a decent ale thats relatively easy to
    find (here) and comes in a can. Good golfin brew!

    I got a 10 gal aluminum pot on amazon for $36. The best deal I could find and worth every
    penny. Edit: it was $36.98. Search "Winware aluminum 40 qt pot"

    Its been 3 weeks in basement ill probly bottle it whenever I get a chance. Considered moving it
    upstairs for a few days (warmer) just to give the yeasties a chance to clean up, but judging by

The cause and the remedy was one in the same. Primary - Rye Red Ale (for now) Secondary - None Bottled - Am. Wheat, ESB
