    Typically I dont start til mash in. Only ever had a problem once and that time I was drinking
    before I even started heating strike water. Not my best performance

    Mine was an oddball. Friend of mine got ahold of some Fraoch Heather Ale. No idea where he got
    it but I loved it right off and it turned into my basement and spare bedroom being filled with
    beer stuff...

    I got a 10 gal aluminum pot on amazon for $36. The best deal I could find and worth every
    penny. Edit: it was $36.98. Search "Winware aluminum 40 qt pot"

    Its been 3 weeks in basement ill probly bottle it whenever I get a chance. Considered moving it

    I just did an am. wheat with 2565. Not bottled yet but hydro sample tasted awesome! Fermented
    in basement which has been appx 55 deg ambient.

The cause and the remedy was one in the same. Primary - Rye Red Ale (for now) Secondary - None Bottled - Am. Wheat, ESB
