Sweet and carbonated is tough. You have to make sure the yeast do not continue to eat the
sugars. If you are kegging, you can stabilize the yeast with campden and sorbate, then add
sugar and force car...

For those who say use the same amount of priming sugar as for beer, what style of beer? Some
beers are best with 1.2 volumes of CO2, and some with more like 3 or more. TastyBrew suggests
