Im thinking just the members only session. Cant see why going to more than one day is needed if
its just more of the same.I'm thinking you probably won't get through 2600+ beers in one

I would definitely go for a chiller, though I'd probably push you towards a plate chiller...

I believe you want to go for 60-90 second per pint pours for best results.A minute and a half
to pour a pint seems like a very long time.

If the cap/seal didn't leak then they should be alright, though you may notice some small
