I'm not questioning your methods, I just want to understand: why the additions at 1 minute and
then dry hopping also. What's the benefit in doing this as opposed to only dry hopping these
    amounts?

How is beer leaking back up through the gas line? Did you over fill the keg?I guess there's no
way for it to go up that way so it must be through the out line. I removed both posts and
    changed all the...

Have you taken apart the posts and poppets and cleaned them? Not since I kegged the beer but
maybe I'll try that first and change the orings too. I've ordered a new poppet jic.

Disaster! I went to my fridge yesterday and there was beer all over my floor. I have a single
tap system that I've been switching between my two kegs. When I remove the gas line from one
    keg, beer is ...

Almost all of the really popular flavor and aroma hops are high alpha. Citra, Simcoe,
Centennial, all the hot new NZ hops, all above 12%.I like the sound of that. Thanks!

Are high alpha hops good for aroma and/or flavour? I have lots of Northern Brewer but little of
anything else. Wondering if they'll do or if I should buy others. I have an ipa and an amber in
    the carb...

It seems that dry hopping inthe keg with a tea ball might be easiest. No gunk in the fermenter,
no grassy hops taste. I just wonder what the difference will be versus adding them to hot wort.
    If the d...

When my recipe calls for a hop addition at flame out, how long do I leave the hop bag in for
before I cool my wort down? Or, is does this addition require that I just leave my hops in for
    the fermenta...

I brewed an Irish stout today but my gravity was quite a bit higher than expected. I hit 1062
when my recipe called for 1050. I used a new carboy that I'm unsure of the volume, but I
    measured 19L befo...
