- Been brewing for about 6 years, moved to AG about a year ago. Also started kegging this year. I used to not like beer, then I found out I just did not like the beers I was trying and switched to good NON BMC beer!!
- IPA, Black IPA, Stouts, Blondes, Porters, ESB, Brown Ales.
- Cran-applewein, Oaked Bourbon Arrogant Ale.
- 1 POUND hops IIPA, and I added 2 oz of Centennial leafhops in the Secondary! 16 oz of HOPPY GOODNESS!
- Barleywine from 5 yrs ago which is still in a keg.

Chris, I just made a Citra SMaSH two days ago. 15 lbs belgian. and did 3/4 oz citra hops at
60,30, and 10 mins. Will dry hop with 2 oz Citra. Should be a nice brew. OG was at 1.076. Used

I usually add 2 oz ground coffee at flameout and that is plenty. If not, cold press some and

Not very good on the efficiency. I ended at 1.081. Got it cooled down to about 68, pitched the
yeast and set it right next to the 2row/Citra SMaSH brew I did yesterday. Hard to believe its
