It is easy to do if your looking for regular fermentation temperature but if your looking to
lager in it the AC unit will freeze up before it gets you down to the temps you want.

This is possible but you are going to have a few issues to overcome. 1st is external
temperature around the ferm chamber you are going to build. solution make sure it is insulated
