I've done it with S05, and it's good. The Denny's gives a fuller mouthfeel, and a "richer"

If I remember right www.howtobrew.com says that the starter is ready anytime from high krausen

This may sound stupid to some but I've had problems with beers being fine at bottling time and
then too sweet once I let them carb up in the bottles. What I found was that when I would

Also don't boil with the lid on, you need to let the DMS evaporate out of the boil pot.Do you
use leaf hops or pellet hops? If you use leaf hops then some of that lost volume could be

If I were in you position I would just increase my pre boil volume and do a hard boil. I
wouldn't weaken the boil to try to adjust post boil volumes, then you risk a weaker hop
utilization. I usually ...
