    So checked my second batch today, smells like beer taste like beer. Has particles floating in
    brew though. No pic can't get one.

    It is almost certainly nothing (yeast rafts, etc.) Is there a chance you could post a
    picture?Was going to try but too dark. Brewed oktoberfest seems fairly dark.

    Checked on my second batch today. Been fermenting for about 3 wks now but I noticed some

    It is a bit on the cool side and, although your beer will carbonate eventually, it'll take
    much, MUCH, longer than it would at 70*f. Even at 70*f you're, on the whole, looking at about
    three weeks bef...

    I bottled and put my bottles in the same room I used for fermenting. It runs about 60 to 65 is

    Today is the two week mark from my first brew day. Should I bottle? I brewed Classic American
    Light.I bottled my American light after two weeks. I think you will be alright.
