Medically Retired U.S. Marine, now trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up!
Started brewing in the late 90s with a buddy in NC. I brewed partial mash for about four years then took a couple years off as the family grew and we moved around. This past year I had an urge to get back into things and have been brewing all grain since Mar 09. I try to do at least two beers a month, some times more, some times less. I am not a stress monkey about perfection as this is supposed to be my joy. I hope to gain enough knowledge to someday open my own LHBS or Micro. - Brewing/Video Editing
