  • Moved to TX from LA (cause I met a girl - and yes, we're still together) and met a friend of the family who was opening up a brewery. He went off to brewschool in England and I got the bug to try it out for myself. I ruined 6 months worth of time and batches lost to dumb mistakes, but I prevailed never-the-less and now run a new business trying to sell the kits etc... This hobby rocks, but you probably already knew that.
