If you want grapefruit zest flavor, why not just use grapefruit zest? Works in Wits. I've had
good luck using various peels in pale ales.

I had originally thought to get one of these and naturally carb with priming sugar, then attach
a paintball CO2 canister to it for serving. If you need the burst of CO2 to initially seal it,
