  • Interested in brewing my own beer so I can combine my two favorite hobbies: drinking and cooking. Plus, I cannot get my favorite beers in my beer-backwards home state of Tennessee.

  • An all grain noob using a 10 gallon cooler with a false bottom. I have a DIY stir plate, immersion chiller and ferm chamber using an STC-1000 controller. Next project will be to upgrade to a larger brew pot with figurative bells and whistles.

    Just bottled a batch of this with Safale S-04. Man o man does it look promisingDid the same and
