  • Looks like a 20 gal. cycle works great for the YSB to IESB. One smack pack yeast per carboy, and in 21 days second beer on top of the previous yeast cake. I'm liking WY1275 better for the two recipes... That's $500 of great beer for under $60 and 20 hours in 70 days. (125 big bottles of beer valued at $4 per bottle.)
