Its so refreshing! Just remember to chop them up real good to get the most out of them. Leave
them in the secondary until they look real nasty (week or two) then bottle away!

Yeah ive tried the cinnamon sticks before. Not really a fan of cinnamon but i might have used
to many in my secondary. I would go with just 1 stick per 3 gallons, now thats just my
preference my favor...

Are you talking after they carb? Im not exactly sure but ive heard a few months. That was

Ive done 5 day ferms and its turned out fine. I backsweeten my ciders with frozen apple juice
concentrate, add it to my final container before bottling, then it carbs in the bottle. Make
sure after it...

There are so many paths to choose when making hard ciders. Thats what makes it fun. I usually
add about a pound of brown sugar per gallon of juice used. Im going to have to try it with no
extra sugar ...
