  • 20 years ago a friend of mine started home brewing, he saved me from commercial beer. Ever since then I have wanted to get into it, but never had a place that was convenient. Now I do.rnrnSometime next spring I intend to do some experiments with Mesquite Pods. Mesquite is a tree down here in Arizona, and the native Americans have been making a bread with it for thousands of years.

    I start drinking when I want beer. On brew days thats about 10:30am. Sometimes thats before the
    mash, sometimes after. If I get drunk, thats cool too.Stop worrying about things, let life
    happen.
