    I use both these yeasts exclusively. It's 100% the top one.Yeah I used S 05 pretty much all the
    time and I never got the sand collor yeast growing on the carboy walls. I must be the irish ale
    yeast.

    I is two different recipe and this is the first time I did them too...And at a this point in my
    brewing experience, I dont think I can identify the taste of a particular yeast in two
    different recipe.

    that the estimated color is 5.6SRM Whats wrong?And what are the specs of marris otter malt?
