I'm using a small 2-3 quart sauce pot for mine and using only a couple inches of water...enough
to cover the HEX coil. I can get mine up to strike temps from room temp overnight. However it
does help ...

I keep mine in the smoker till I hit 200+ IT. Once it's around 180, I will wrap it in foil and
put it back in the smoker. When it does hit the temp and the probe goes in easily, I'll take it

Its not pretty but for a free Craigslist fridge and a college student budget, i now have a
