  • Started brewing my freshman year of college. Small batches with some friends, moved quickly to kegging, and to all-grain after 4 batches. I've been brewing for 6 years now. I am just starting out brewing on an all electric system, we'll see what comes next.

    Everything before the boil is uneccessary to sanitize. The boil is doing just that, sanitizing.
