quit judging your brew until its been in bottles for a month and then in the fridge for two
weeks. you are trying to judge wort and guess how it will taste when finished.

i've used it, per the directions on the package and it cleaned a carboy very well. I use PBW
now, but the stuff is proper for brewery cleaning. Just follow the directions
