Try putting aluminum foil on top of the mash. I switched from a 10 gallon to a 7 gallon water
cooler and there is a minimum of space between mash and lid.. 3-4 inches of air doesn't allow

This brew has been carbed up for couple of weeks now. All nice small foamy bubbles. Last couple
