Just brewed the New World 24 hrs ago...temp has already climbed to 82 degrees and the blow out
bottle had to be placed in another container lest I make a huge mess and short out my little

I have never had to or thought of using zip ties to hold a airlock and bung in niceZipties were
my only remedy at the time since I did not have another blow off tube...that IPA blew its load

Just got mine yesterday and brewing my first batch in it tomorrow!! I thought it was a great
deal compared to the Blichman. I think this will streamline my brewing process a bit...Stout

Eagerly brewing this up tommorow. Thinking about adding about 6-8 oz of regular molasses to the
boil at 15 min...didnt see any mention of molasses in this thread. Im also using warrior hops.
