    ABOUT ME

  • Wexford, Ireland
  • Home brew,rugby & homebrew
  • Anything, bar pop or rap
  • Many years ago I used to help my Father with his home brew and recently started to brew a few 'kits' myself. Whilst this was fine and the brew was okay (although not great and not really the type of beer I wanted) and not really invovled enough for me. Whilst I appreciate that I cant dive head first into whole grain brewing, I have done a bit of research and thought that I would start with an extract/grain mix, hence my want for someone to qualify whether or not the recipe I designed would work.
    So hear I am!

I've had a porter in primary for two and half weeks now and have just taken a final gravity
reading. It is very weak and I was wondering if I could add some glucouse (dissolved in a

I must admit guys I'd rather wait for a decent pint than drink that Bud, Carlsberg or any other
fizzy p**s that only gets sold because of its marketing budget, rather than its flavour.Still,
