I have brewed two batches of the blonde. Its a great recipe! I rack the beer onto 6lbs of
strawberries during secondary. It turns out amazing the wife loves it.

it might have gotten up to 70-71 at times but mostly stayed in the mid sixties

i used whit labs belgain ale wlp550. I fermented between 65 and 68 degrees
