I use weight not volume for my starters. 50g DME to each 500ml water. You could up that a bit
for your .072 start. Either way you should be OK.

What brand kettle is that? I like the height. Is it a 1.2 height:width ratio?Not sure on the

Bottle it! keep it warm, like 72 for 3 weeks and then enjoy it. It will get better every day.

How did you make your starter? DME to water ratio? Volume? Is there any visible fermentation
