IMHO: Secondaries are not necessary for a majority of brewing situations. Are you dry hopping?

I know you have heard it but it bears reiterating; You CAN get carbed beer after 7 days in a

What's the base look like... how much wheat do you have in there? (i'm assuming you're using
some) You won't need the Carapils IMO. You could up the CV sure... but need more info on grain

I just got my milled grains today for a Saison I am brewing tomorrow and noticed on my packing

I use weight not volume for my starters. 50g DME to each 500ml water. You could up that a bit
for your .072 start. Either way you should be OK.

What brand kettle is that? I like the height. Is it a 1.2 height:width ratio?Not sure on the
Brand and unfortunately it is Unavailable but here is a link: is 16" wide and 18" tall.
