I am in the midst of my first 15 gallon day with three different 5 gallon batches and I
miss-timed something. I have 16 pounds of grain mashing at 153 degrees in my cooler at one hour
    now, but I still...

So I bottled this on Wednesday and I will say it was the best tasting Brown I have ever done
going into the bottles. It had a little warmth to it which I find interesting with a lower ABV
    beer, anyone...

airlock filled. I have not even looked at it since putting it in the secondary and as I sit
    here at work w...

Yeah I am two days shy of 7 weeks so it's definitely been in there a while. I am hoping to get
it bottled up tomorrow afternoon. I think this is the longest I have ever waited for
    anything...well besi...

So I created a brown ale in late October and transferred it to the secondary on November 5th.
Now before you ask, I have not even looked at this since putting into the secondary so I have
    no idea what...

Ok stupid question here, so I made this several months ago and it has been sitting in the
secondary since November 5th, do you think I waited too long? Just looking for reassurance more
    than anything....
