  • Started brewing in 1995 with a set up given as a wedding present. Brewed extract and mini-mash until about 2006. Got in to wine making in 2008. Tired of waiting for the wine to be done so jumping back into brewing and going all grain now. Drinking homebrew while waiting for the wine makes life much nicer!

    This is the best directions I've seen on the subject. Easier and faster than the fire method.
