  • How / Why did I get started homebrewing? Easy: It was the wife. I've been making home-made soft drinks since High School (Root Beer, Ginger Ale -- that sort of thing), and have been going pretty strong ever since in the soda world. But, SWMBO made the observations that 1) I was forty-two years old and 2) I needed to grow up and 'Brew something real'. She then presented me with a gift-certificate to the nearby LHBS, and I've been here ever since.
