  • I recently got into homebrewing through a conversation with a coworker. She offered for me to use her equipment to brew my first batch. After reading up I got so excited
    I bought all the equipment I needed. I brewed my first batch on 3/7/2012. Then one on 3/9/2012, 3/10/2012, and 3/17/2012. Some cider got innoculated with an Abbey Ale yeast in there too! Instant addict. I wanna brew everyday!
  • Graff, and other oddities. I am interested in double-fermenting and using unusual yeast varieties for substitutions in traditional recipes.
    Looking to make an Imperial IPA on 3/31/2012.

    2. 1 gallon Cider with WLP 530
    3. 1 gallon Cider with Pineapple Juice and 4 tbls. Honey additions with WLP 530.
  • 1. Chocolate Covered Beavr Nutz (Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout) with WLP 001
    2.Tripel with WLP 550
    3.Noble Trappist Ale with WLP 500
