    I've waited three days and there's still foam on top as fermentation is still going pretty
    strong. will cold crashing it stop it, then is it okay to bottle, carb then pasteurize?

    Can I pastuerize in plastic PET bottles like the Mr Brew bottles? Or will the temperature melt
    them?

    Any way I can bottle in a 1 gallon glass carboy? or should I split between 1 liter bottles?

    I just started my 1 gallon batch of hard cider, and it's bubbling into the airlock. I put
    vodka, so no yeast should be able to grow, but I'm wondering if it's something to worry about.
