I'm old. I dress like the eighties, I feel 60 even though I'm 40 and I can shoot in the 90's if my putter is hot.
I'm married to a WONDERFUL Woman who doesn't drink beer (more for me!). I have Horses, Cows, dogs, fleas etc. I think I'm the luckiest man alive. - Hunting,Fishing,Firearms,Beer Making
- Government Zombie
- WildBill Willis
- LOVE JAZZ, Lefty Frizzel, Hank Snow, Willie-Waylon-etc. The Derailers, Ray Wiley Hubbard
- Patton, 3:10 to Yuma,
- I like History!
- I started with a Plastic "MR. BEER" kit and the first "easy bake" batch was enjoyable, so I bought a 5.5 gal pail, a 6.5 gal glass carboy and a 7.5 gal pail. I use a converted Crawfish Cooker for my Boiling and Brewing and I use mostly Extracts with some specialty grains for flavoring. My outfit is REALLY basic. I have a Damn Good Friend in Mark Nemeth who has helped me and mentored my brewing activities. We would start a Home Brew Club if one of the other clubs and or leagues would kick us out so we'd have time.

I'm going to try a dark lager this fall.
I'm Meading and Freeze Concentrating now with the gang. It's better than Brandy Buddy! -
