    High School - borrowed dads recipe and made something almost beerlike and drinkable - bottled in "Ting" soda bottles.

    Grade school - Hires root beer - went quite well - great carbonation.

    I find I don't have patience to wait for maturity. ....maybe if I brewed more batches.

    Since initial register here I've also done a Brewers Best "Continental Pilsner" (yum), and a batch of English Brown Ale also Brewers Best - it was OK.

    First wort hopping: I added the FWH to the mash tun prior to lautering rather than to the boil
    kettle. Did this for several batches. Believe it or not they turned out OK, maybe slightly
    attenuated bit...
