  • Brand new to home brewing, although I've been thinking and reading about it for years. Still in single digits on my number of batches, just extracts so far. Just stepped up to kegging and am planning a keezer build next.

    Just answered part of my question by reading the manual (duh). Says timing starts after a
    waiting period of 3 minutes after reaching at least 95C. Not sure if the timer then stops if it
    goes below 95C...
