I use mason jars and my food saver. That really only works well with pellets though. I toss in

I'm not 100% on this, but I don't think so. Iirc in one of gordon Strong's books and in a
zymurgy magazine there was talk of cold steeping dark grains and adding that to the boil. I

No. My wording was ambiguous there. What I meant is I still have a visible gap where i can see
the prongs and if water came onto the element to plug connection it would be an issue.Thank you
