    You could always wax them too. I don't have experience with holding bottles that long but if
    they are sealed correctly I don't see how it wouldn't hold. My buddy just asked about doing a

    I used Vermont Ale in NB's American Wheat kit and it worked well. The strain ate everything and
    gave the beer a dry, almost phenolic bite. Adding a little extra grain might not be a bad
