Who did you e-mail with? I promise you they are because it came right off of a training item
they give to servers to be able to talk intelligently about the beer. I'm just outside of
Downtown to the W...Posted in thread: Finnegans amber??? on 06-16-2011 at 01:18 AM

it for 25 m...Posted in thread: Irish Car Bomb Stout on 10-18-2010 at 10:45 PM
I'm fascinated by this thread. If we were looking to increase the whiskey taste without
increasing the ABV, couldn't we take more Jameson, boil off some of the alcohol and pitch more
whiskey in the fe...Posted in thread: I feel like I've joined the brotherhood.... on 08-17-2010 at 09:43 PM
It took me 12 batches, but I've finally had my first UABE (Urgent Attention Brewing Event) as
my IIPA suddenly became a very active fermenter about 15 hours in. I had a foam-filled airlock,
a beer cov...Posted in thread: Fat Squirrel clone on 04-02-2010 at 03:03 PM
Can anyone far more talented (and probably more handsome) than I convert this to Extract and
Steeping? I'm looking to fill a few fermenters in the upcoming weeks to have a supply of summer
beers. Than...
