  • Im a celiac and found it more fun and cost effective to brew my own than to spend 6-7$ a pint at the boozy store.

    so far everything is coming out really good, im stepping up to a kegging system and will soon be building a home malting box. the basement will also become a microbiology lab where i can start maintaining my own yeast colonies. the good yeasts out there arent gluten free, so its time to do some isolation culturing too.
  • if it sprouts i might be able to malt it. quinoa works pretty good, but here soon ill be building a malting box to open a world of possibilities

    scrap the sorghum and use tapioca syrup. the sorghum will overwhelm just about everything.
