Got the house and it is finishing up nicely. I should be able to come down probably September sometime. You have a ton of great people in your area I want to meet. Austin has everything. Blake needs to get his ass in gear brewing as well, Funky Town is booming with brewers as well. Hope to see you on the f-o-r-u-m (you have to spell it out like that or it blocks it for some stupid reason)more.

Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to write, and tell some of newerbee's than you some of the techiques you've picked up through your long brewing history.I have been all grain brewing for about three, and a half years now.
